Ali, you asked me to give you an update on how the non-smoking was going.  Two months now and still not touched them!

I still think about smoking and cigarettes from time to time but I don’t miss them, and the breathing techniques you taught me are working a treat.

My energy is coming back slowly but the biggest difference is how much more confident I feel – I had no idea smoking had made me so anxious before.  I’m so happy and still amazed at how easy it has been.  Thank you again.
