I’ve just completed my 4 week weight loss course with Ali, and I’m surprised at how well I’ve done.
I’ve changed how I look at food, and don’t even want to eat all the greasy food and snacks that I used to. That’s the biggest change – when I tried to lose weight before I was always sneaking to have treats, rewarding myself for not eating much that day – it was torture not to have my favourite foods.
Now, I cook more and enjoy eating decent food, and I still have the odd takeaway and chocolate – no more guilt – it’s wonderful.
