- Change yourself – improving your self-esteem & confidence, so you can more easily handle life’s challenges.
- Change perspectives – start moving on from your past and accepting what you can’t change.
- Change environment – identify & start removing those things in your life that you can change.
- Integrate into day to day life – learn goal setting, prioritisation, time management and coping strategies to stay relaxed!

The AMC Less Stress programme is structured, effective and tailored to your specific needs. However, if you have unresolved issues with any of the following, I recommend dealing with these first, then booking on the Less Stress programme. Why? Because any of these significantly negatively affects how you feel about yourself, and your ability to handle stress. Avoiding dealing with these is like taking steps to become healthier yet continuing to smoke – deal with the important stuff first!
